1. Service Overview

MyRoyals provides private luxury transportation services in Mykonos including road transfers, sea transfers, and air (helicopter) charters. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined here.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings must be confirmed via our online form, phone, or email.

  • A deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or cash (upon prior agreement).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations 48+ hours before service: full refund

  • Cancellations 24–48 hours before service: 50% charge

  • Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows: 100% charge

For yacht and helicopter services, cancellation policies may vary and will be provided at the time of booking.

4. Delays & Waiting Time

  • Airport/port pickups include 30 minutes of free waiting time.

  • Additional waiting time may be charged.

  • We monitor flight/ferry delays to accommodate changes, but you must notify us of any changes promptly.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure. MyRoyals is fully insured and ensures all vehicles and subcontracted partners meet high safety standards.

6. Passenger Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully in vehicles. Smoking, excessive intoxication, or damage to vehicles may result in service refusal or extra charges.

7. Changes to Terms

MyRoyals reserves the right to update these terms and policies at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via our website or email.
